when life gets crazy


Sometimes the best remedy for a stressful, out-of-control day is a simple gratitude list.  Just taking 10 minutes to focus on the things I’m thankful for always seems to bring me to much calmer place.

Today I’m grateful for an incredible best friend, a fabulous roommate, my health, loving parents, a sweet dog, Bon Iver, and all the people that make me laugh throughout the day. 

Ah yes, feeling much better already. My life rules.
